Our Story

Hi! I'm Carly, a 23-year-old navigating life with celiac disease. I was diagnosed in October 2024, and since then, it's been a journey of ups and downs. My goal with this box is to take some of the stress out of finding safe, gluten-free foods.

As the middle child, I know what it feels like to be overlooked and sometimes left in the background. Eating gluten-free can feel the same way—challenging, and often a little isolating. But this box is my way of showing that just because you’re gluten-free doesn’t mean you have to miss out on delicious food or fun experiences.

I absolutely love exploring new gluten-free products, and the idea of a mystery box filled with exciting finds delivered right to my door is something I get really excited about. So, I created this box for people like me—those who want to discover new treats and enjoy gluten-free living without the guesswork.
